Operations works with the dental offices to ensure that the offices run efficiently and effectively, with oversight of all office and clinical equipment. This includes maintenance of small and large equipment, in-office equipment updates, IT maintenance and physical plant reviews. This department is instrumental in providing ongoing assessment of tools and spaces used by the dental office team to competently and resourcefully support all patients visiting the practice. The Operations team also supports the development of new office locations through the leasing, space evaluation, permitting, design, construction and set up perspective to ensure success in the establishment and execution of adding new entities to the group practice brand.
