As a lead for recruitment and staffing, Human Resources is the key participant in overseeing the organization’s entire workforce, ensuring that all team members reflect the culture, aura and collaborative nature of our business. Human Resources manages all aspects of payroll and benefits for all staff, this includes sourcing and managing the vendors for these services. Human Resources works closely with office management in overseeing and resolving any employee related issues. Together they implement policies and build relationships that result in employee retention and growth opportunities.
