The CMS Marketing Team Strategic Solutions MARKETING DEPARTMENT Patient Acquisition & Retention

Marketing develops and seemlessly implements the dental office strategy for the acquisition of new patients, the retention of existing patients and the cultural brand of the practice. Through the use of channels such as, Social Media, Digital Campaigns, Direct Mail, Website development and Inter-office Communication solutions, this department masters each one to create a custom approach for each practice profile. Marketing partners with the office manager and staff to monitor patients experience and rollout innovative solutions that assist in patient retention and satisfation. Team education, support and encouragement is a big part of susseccful marketing management. These three components of managaging marketing for our dental practice enables the dental office staff to embody the business culture, understand the solutions and inspiring them to provide an expert level of service to the local community in which they serve.
